Subscription fitness platform: training, nutrition and psychology libraries behind a paywall. Next.js site with its own admin CMS, Viva Wallet subscriptions with webhook-driven renewals and refunds, and a private media server that serves every video through signed links.

Machinery matching for a shipping company. Upload a vessel's machinery Excel template and the system, RAG over that vessel's manuals and registers, matches each row and cites the source file and row. Rejected matches are listed with the reason.

Seaside hotel and restaurant in Gouves, Crete. Next.js + Payload CMS, self-hosted with its own database. Ten editable pages, a media library with folders and enforced alt text, and a contact form that saves every request before it sends the email.

Hotel in Kato Gouves, Crete. Next.js + Payload CMS rebuild off a template platform, bilingual EN/EL, plus an in-room breakfast ordering system that sends each order straight to the kitchen and reports cost per room.
